CTE Core Principles

Foundational chain

**First comes experience. Then comes meaning.**

Longer creative chain:

**Experience → language → music**

Core wording:

> All music begins in lived experience. Language gives it shape. Music gives it life.

Project role

**Project: Coming to Terms with Existence** is the umbrella world containing music, visual art, writing, process, Fragments, and the core album arc.

CTE is not doctrine. It is a guardrail for preserving the lived path.

It should prevent:

Experience-first rule

CTE must not explain before it lets experience happen.

Listeners should encounter sensation, rhythm, ritual, pressure, joy, pain, relation, change, and silence before meaning is named.

Core project stance

CTE composes perception, not merely songs.

Genres are metabolized into a new experiential form. Motifs are re-perceived according to consciousness-state. Lyrics act as a perceptual lens. Harmony and rhythm re-color perception. Soundscapes collapse, shed, and reform.

Residue becomes the next landscape or worldview.

Core warning

Do not turn CTE into a crown.

Keep the project alive through correction, humor, ordinary experience, mistakes, crashes, misunderstandings, and return to life.
